I have been contacted by CRC in relation to an ongoing concern.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe you have recently had the vehicle booked in at Stratstone Jaguar,
Stoke on Trent and they were undertaking work identified by yourself.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As previously noted Williams Jaguar offered you a full refund, then to
return your original part exchange in order you were positioned in the same
place as prior to the transaction, this was declined.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May we had conversations around looking for an alternative vehicle within
Williams Jaguar stock or to review a new unregistered vehicle.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No alternative was sourced as your purchase was quite bespoke and desirable
in the used car market..<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you could please confirm what you would recognise as a resolution, I can
