When aproaching the locked car with shopping, you should be able to open the boot with the button on the boot lid… This should open the boot but leave the vehicle locked… so far so good.<\/p>\n

However, when trying to close the boot, it automatically opens again. This is despited being standing right next to it with the key in the nearest pocket. Again it is like the vehicle can’t read the key.<\/p>\n

You can simulate this behaviour by ‘hiding’ the key a distance away from the car before trying to shut the boot – that would probably be correct, but with the key in you pocket next to the boot lid is not correct.<\/p>\n
