My case manager at JLR did call back, just as promised (6 minute call).
He had spoken to Stratstone (where the car is now), and also contacted the suppling dealer. The named contact at the supplying dealer is going to call my case manager back (I suspect we may be in a for a wait).
Case manager will find out more on Thursday (after I am supposed to have my vehicle back).
