Wave the flags – we have a reply!

I have been contacted by CRC in relation to an ongoing concern.

I believe you have recently had the vehicle booked in at Stratstone Jaguar,
Stoke on Trent and they were undertaking work identified by yourself.

As previously noted Williams Jaguar offered you a full refund, then to
return your original part exchange in order you were positioned in the same
place as prior to the transaction, this was declined.

In May we had conversations around looking for an alternative vehicle within
Williams Jaguar stock or to review a new unregistered vehicle.

No alternative was sourced as your purchase was quite bespoke and desirable
in the used car market..

If you could please confirm what you would recognise as a resolution, I can
then hopefully work towards this.
