Call from CRC

My contact at CRC rang probably expecting everything to be okay.

There was, I believe, an expectation from CRC that the ‘complimentary service’ addressed all of the issues and also dealt with the lack of features when sold. It was explained that this did put it back to be as it should have been (as far as is possible) from BEFORE it was supplied. The missing features have a new option value of £1505.

Some discussion was entered in to, that the vehicle HAS been formally rejected, and that this has effectively been accepted by the offer of three other vehicles to exchange it for (NOTE – none of these were anything like matching the basic requirements)… I only still have it as I agreed to a full and final fix, and that was three or four ‘fix attempts’ ago.

Agreed to revisit after the next fix attempt.
